Alan Jackson & The Village People, Who'd 've Thought It?

Whew! What a busy, busy month!  February was filled with a play, a black history program, a wedding, a very special 1st birthday, a bowling party, the Supercross in the ATL(boys only), and baseball tryouts.  We couldn't have fit anything else in if we wanted to!
Introducingggggg...Alan Jacksonnnn!  Can you believe it?  That's Mac,  as the legendary Alan Jackson.  He even sang a solo!(Thanks Miss Lacey!)  If you know Mac, you know that was no easy task.  He has a slight speech problem, where he doesn't say "s" sounds properly.  He RocKeD that solo, though!    That sweet baby boy is growing up!  :'(  tear!
A few days later Mac hung up his cowboy hat and picked up an army helmet as a member of "The Village People" in the Black History Program.  Y.M.C.A.!!!!!

Look at those two...Have you ever seen two more beautiful girls?  One of my gorgeous nieces got married this month & Emma Jay, OOOPS!, Peso was the flower girl.  And yes, she did tell everyone to call her Peso.
The very next weekend we celebrated this "lilo" girl's 1st birthday!  It was a HOOT! Hint, Hint!(birthday post to follow later!)

Almost forgot baseball tryouts for both boys this week!

We are one tired little family of 5!

Until next time...hugs!

Once Upon A Time...

Well, I've been addicted to blogs for a while now and decided it was time for my own...
I want to share our "crazy" life with our family and friends because it is a hoot! Really, I couldn't make this stuff up!
I'd like to intorduce you to the best things that have ever been mine...Race, Mac, and Emma Jay.  Race, my blue-eyed boy,  is 10 years old and will be a moody middle schooler soon.  YIKES!  Mac is a mischievous 7 year old, who uses words like "nuths"(nuts) & "thupid"(stupid).
And then there's Emma Jay, a.k.a. Peso.  Our princess, at 3 years old is obsessed with the"Octonauts"(thanks Disney Jr.), tiaras, chocolate milk, and Luke Bryan's "Country Girl".

I hope you find our life as funny as we do! I promise if you come back you'll be entertained.

So until the next installment of "Mama Said There'd Be Days Like This....", hugs!
